01Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the kssi918 sports betting platform, accessible via kssi918.net and its associated mobile applications. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and kssi918 ("Platform", "we", or "kssi918").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, using any feature of the platform, or simply browsing the kssi918 website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms contained in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

02Membership Eligibility

To register and use kssi918's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are not subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent you from using online betting services.
• Your account has never been closed or banned from the kssi918 platform for a terms violation.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other individual or corporate entity that does not meet these eligibility requirements.
• You are not currently experiencing problem gambling and are not enrolled in any active self-exclusion programme.

03Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) kssi918 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your identity card, date of birth, a valid Malaysian mobile number, and an active email address.

You are solely responsible for keeping your kssi918 account password and login credentials confidential. kssi918 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login details.

Any suspected third-party activity on your account must be reported to the kssi918 support team immediately via email at support@kssi918.net.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

Kssi918 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 and processed within 15 to 30 minutes for e-wallets and up to one business day for bank transfers via FPX. kssi918 does not charge any processing fees for all local Malaysia payment methods.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the kssi918 member account. kssi918 reserves the right to reject or hold withdrawals pending full identity verification if any discrepancy is found.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kssi918 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special promotions tied to major sporting events such as the FIFA World Cup, EPL, and Thomas Cup. Each promotion is subject to its own wagering requirements.

• Bonuses received must meet the stipulated wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 15x bonus amount varies depending on the promotion type.
• Each promotion has a set validity period. Any unused bonus that expires within this period will be automatically removed from your account.
• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time. Members may not stack multiple promotions unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Kssi918 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, abuse, or exploitation of the system.
• Promotions are for individual member use only and may not be transferred to any other party.

06Sports Betting Rules

All bets placed on the kssi918 platform are subject to the following general betting rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed, cancelled, or withdrawn unless otherwise stated in the specific rules of the sport concerned.
• The minimum bet per market is RM1 and maximum bet limits vary depending on the market and bet type selected.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a match result, the ruling issued by the relevant official sports governing body will be considered final.
• Bets placed on matches already in progress (in-play) are subject to real-time odds changes. kssi918 is not liable for any delays in odds updates caused by technical disruptions beyond our control.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before the minimum period of play has been completed, all related pre-match bets will be refunded in full to the member's account balance.
• Kssi918 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet suspected of involving fraud, match-fixing, or manipulation of results.

For football including the Malaysia Super League and EPL, a bet is considered valid once a match has played at least 90 minutes (excluding extra time). For BWF badminton, IPL and ICC cricket, and e-sports, the sport-specific rules apply and can be found in the Help section of the kssi918 platform.

07Prohibited Conduct

Kssi918 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent betting limits, or for any other purpose.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to exploit the kssi918 platform.
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Money laundering or using the kssi918 platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the odds system, bonus payouts, or any other platform functions.
• Engaging in rude, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other members or kssi918 support staff.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the kssi918 platform on any public platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or sharing insider information to gain an unfair betting advantage.

08Responsible Gambling

09Account Closure & Suspension

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or unlawful behaviour.
• Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity or transactions.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting kssi918 customer support via email at support@kssi918.net. Valid balances will be refunded to the original payment method within seven business days, subject to successful identity verification.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, kssi918 reserves the right to withhold the full account balance and winnings with no obligation to provide a detailed explanation to the member concerned.

10kssi918 Liability Limits

Kssi918 provides its online sports betting platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continuity, accuracy, or availability of the service at any time.

• Kssi918 is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by members.
• Kssi918 is not responsible for any service disruptions caused by scheduled system maintenance or unavoidable technical issues.
• Kssi918 is not liable for any indirect losses, data loss, or reputational damage that a member may suffer.
• Kssi918's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount actually deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Kssi918 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the kssi918.net website.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via in-platform notifications or email. However, it remains your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms applicable to your use.

Your continued use of the kssi918 platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the kssi918 platform and contact us to close your account.
